| 學校簡介： 由牛津大學創辦，成立之初為牛津大學的分校；大學於1926年得到了皇家令狀（Royal Charter），被皇家正式接納為大學成員並獲得授予學位資格，距今有一百多年曆史，是英國傳統的優秀大學之一，也是英國著名的紅磚大學。 1954年，大學開始在Whitenights興建校園，這裡曾經是英國歷史上著名的Blandford侯爵的私人莊園。擁有4個學院：經濟和社會科學學院、藝術和人文學科學院、理科學院和生命科學學院，分佈在瑞丁市區附近的三個校園，還有一個近850公頃的農場和畜牧場供教學實踐與實習。
